Zeus is in training to become a balance and stability dog.
What Zeus is learning now
Zeus is training to be a successful balance and stability dog and also is the newest Assist Dog. Currently Zeus is learning basic skills as any dog would such as potty training and basic manners. Once these are mastered (which we are sure will be fast since Zeus is super smart) he will be taught more advanced skills, some of which are listed below.
- Support ascending and descending stairs
- Support to get up from a sitting position
- Support to get up from squatting
- Support with daily tasks such as walking
- Retrieving items
